By providing your number you consent to receive informational SMS text communications from QCR Holdings, Inc. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.

By "Opting In" to or using a "Text Message Service" (as defined below) from QCR Holdings, Inc., you accept these Terms & Conditions.

This agreement is between you and QCR Holdings, Inc. or one of its affiliates. All references to "QCR Holdings, Inc.," "we," "our," or "us" refer to QCR Holdings, Inc., 3551 7th Street, Moline, IL.

DEFINITIONS

"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies). 

CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agreed to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our general data privacy policy.

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by emailing QCRHCommunications@qcrh.com.

QCR HOLDINGS, INC. TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but isn't limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Nonetheless, we reserve the right always to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Text Message Service and isn't intended to modify our general ["Privacy Policy" OR RELEVANT NAME OF PRIVACY POLICY REFERENCED IN SECTION ABOVE], incorporated by reference above, which may govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts.

COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES

We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service. But message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.

FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES

This Text Messaging Service is for conversational communication between you and QCR Holdings, Inc.. We may send you an initial message providing details about the service. After that, the number of text messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services and whether you take steps to generate more text messages from us.

OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES

If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may email QCRHCommunications@qcrh.com. Opt-out requests are specific to each conversation between you and QCR Holdings, Inc. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message.

We may create aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data from the Personal Data we collect including by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to a particular user. We may use such aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze, build and improve the Products and Services and promote our business, provided that we will not share such data in a manner that could identify you.

 

Cookies are bits of electronic information that can be transferred to your computer or other electronic device to uniquely identify your browser. When you use the Services, we may place one or more cookies on your computer or other electronic device. We may use cookies to connect your activity on the Services with other information we store about you in your account profile or your prior interactions on the Services to, for example, store your preferences. We have implemented Google Analytics and impression reporting for our client sites, which tracks and manages cookie information so that we can provide you with site analytics data through QCR Holdings, Inc. Desktop and QCR Holdings, Inc. Web. This information is not used for advertising purposes.

International Transfer of Personal Information

With respect to European Data Subjects, QCR Holdings, Inc. and its service providers may store, transfer or process information outside of the E.U. Where this is required, QCR Holdings, Inc. will take certain measures to protect your Personal Information, including having appropriate agreements in place with service providers and requiring that any service providers agree to our Standard Contractual Clauses within the applicable Data Processing Addendum.

 

Data Subjects have the right to access, rectify or delete any Personal Information that we hold under European data protection legislation. You also have the right to portability and to object to the use of your Personal Information. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please send an email to our support team.

 

We seek to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use and disclosure using appropriate physical, technical, organizational and administrative security measures based on the type of Personal Data and how we are processing that data. You should also help protect your data by appropriately selecting and protecting your password or other sign-on mechanism; limiting access to your computer or device and browser; and signing off after you have finished accessing your account. Although we work to protect the security of your account and other data that we hold in our records, please be aware that no method of transmitting data over the internet or storing data is completely secure.

You acknowledge that Personal Information will be processed and stored by QCR Holdings, Inc. in databases hosted in the United States or Europe. QCR Holdings, Inc. has taken reasonable steps to protect the information users share with us, including, but not limited to, setup of processes, equipment and software to avoid unauthorized access or disclosure of this information. We protect your Personal Information by maintaining a strong security standard in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as you have an active account, as needed to provide you with the Services, to comply with our legal and regulatory process and to enforce this Privacy Policy. In some cases we retain Personal Data for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or collect fees owed, or is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule or regulation. We may further retain information in an anonymous or aggregated form where that information would not identify you personally.

QCR Holdings, Inc. has established internal policies for the deletion of Personal Data from customer accounts following termination of a customer’s subscription to the Service.

 

QCR Holdings, Inc. will not knowingly collect Personal Information from any person under the age of 13.
